My ballet classes are designed for all levels of dance experience (Vaganova- Russian school). A love for dance and some comfortable clothes are all a person needs to get started.
My modern dance classes are based on Cunningham Technique. We will shape the class to assist us to develop technique and strength, while at the same time feel the joy of dance.

Music in dance class is very important to me. When possible I will try to find live accompaniment for our dance classes. When I use pre-recorded music it still is pretty awesome because I try to use music from different cultures and influences! If you or someone you know would be interested in accompanying a dance class with live music and/or sound. Please let me know. If there is some recorded music that you think would be great for dance class, please share it with me. I love to learn about music.
We have also enjoyed the music of Jack Topht and Odell North in past classes. I am grateful to everyone who participates in the class either by dancing in it or playing for it. It just makes the whole experience rock for everybody. Thank you!
A good time is had by all and we have fun working with dance.
